Students who have been awarded a seat through School Choice at Fernbank Elementary School must register for school by May 2025 (date TBA).
 
If you are transferring from another DeKalb County School, please complete your Annual Verification via the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.  Also check to see that all your contact information is correct and that the required documents have already been uploaded:

• Birth Certificate

• Parent ID

• Proof of Residency

• Immunization Form 3231

• For 3300 (hearing, vision and dental)

• Social Security Card
